What is F.I.T.?
F.I.T. (Functional Intelligent Training) is bespoke, research-based training that combines sports science with strength and conditioning methodology to help people of all ages and abilities train smarter and more effectively in order to achieve results.
Do I have to be fit to join F.I.T.?
No – F.I.T. programmes are designed to suit all abilities; everyone who joins will have a complimentary biomechanical movement assessment that will help you and your coach understand your particular needs. This will maximise programming in order to get the best out of your training. If you are joining our F.I.T. Group, the first session is on the house, so you can get a feel before you commit. We care about our clients and want to make sure you are comfortable and work at a pace that is right for you.
When will I start seeing results?
Our job is to help you achieve your desired goals. You will start to feel the benefits of training immediately, marked improvements are noticeable at 3 months, each time your programme is advanced you will have a performance review. Fundamentally, the more committed you are to training, the quicker you will see results.
How much is it join?
There are very few things these days that you pay for without the chance to fully consider your investment prior. Our F.I.T. movement assessments and first F.I.T. Group session are complimentary where you can have a look at our facilities, our coaches and how we like to do things and make an informed decision. There are no joining fees or annual commitments, we have different packages available dependent upon your needs. Our coaches can talk you through what works best for you. Private sessions start from £31.25 and our group sessions start from £4.
I have an injury how can you help me get back into training?
Along with our partner, Achilles Physio, F.I.T. offers a fully integrated service from injury diagnosis and treatment to rehabilitation. When the time comes to start the rehabilitation process, our coaches work closely with the physiotherapists to ensure the optimum rehabilitation programme is created for you to have the quickest recovery. Utilising state of the art physiotherapy equipment within the gym in the same way that professional athletes return to play in the shortest possible time.
What are the opening times?
Monday - Friday: 6am – 8pm
Saturday - 9am – 12pm
Sunday - Closed
Special opening can be arranged.
Is there parking?
The gym has its own free, secure car parking for clients.
